General Terms and Conditions of GolfAccess
§1 Applicability to businesses and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity (§ 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
§2 Conclusion of the contract and storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions governing the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed through our online shop at http://www.golfaccess.at.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer by us, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) The following provisions apply when an order is received in our online shop: the consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
- Select the desired goods.
- Confirm by clicking the “Order” buttons.
- Check the information in the shopping cart.
- Click the “Checkout” button.
- Log in to the online shop after registering and entering login details (email address and password).
- Check and, if necessary, correct the information entered.
- Submit the binding order by clicking “Order with obligation to pay” or “Buy”.
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can use the “Back” button in their internet browser, after checking their information, to return to the page on which their details were entered and correct input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“Order confirmation”). By doing so, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: we send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at http://www.beispielshop-online.de/agb.html. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible online.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment and due date
(1) The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are additional.
(2) The consumer may pay by advance payment, PayPal or credit card.
(3) If the consumer chooses advance payment, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we clearly state otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery normally takes place within 21 working days. For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment instruction is issued to the bank handling the transfer; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, it ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods sold passes to the buyer only when the goods are handed over to the buyer, including in the case of a sale involving shipment.
§5 Retention of title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 The customer's right of withdrawal as a consumer

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
We bear the cost of returning the goods.
